The Ghana-Guyana Chamber of Commerce (GGCC) is a newly established organization that aims to facilitate trade, investment, and economic cooperation between Ghana and Guyana. The GGCC is a joint initiative of the ALA Strategic Consult Ltd, the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce, and the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce. The GGCC seeks to deepen private sector relations between the two countries and promote strategic development cooperation primarily between Africa and the Caribbean, leveraging on the two cities’ hosting of the Secretariats of the 54-member Africa Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and the 15-member Caribbean Community (CARICOM), respectively.
